We CarPlayPoint believe it is important that every customer is satisfied with the purchase that has been made. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase and you want to return one or more items, you can do this within 14 days after you received the products back to us.

Ship the package to us and always keep the shipping receipt.
Conditions of returning products
All returned items will only be accepted if they are undamaged and packed (to the extent possible) in their original packaging.
If the item(s) have user marks or damage, CarPlayPoint may decide not to refund the full amount paid or not to accept the item(s) back. If there are any problems with the return shipment, you will always be notified.
If we have received the return shipment in good order and it is approved, you will receive the entire purchase amount back within 10 working days.
